That's it! i'm done for. i've reached then end. the very nadir of my failure has consumed me. i should just relocate to the North Pole. Make friends with all the salmon and polar bears. ask Santa whether he wants to adopt me. okay fine. i'm exaggerating.
The cause of this exaggeration is... well... i have writer's block! nooooo... this sucks. big time. seriously. i've been trying to look for a title. a muse, an inspiration that will hurl me into a world of words where fantastic stories will spill out of my fingertips. no such luck. yipee me! i've been looking literally everywhere. yesterday, when we went to KL, i searched everywhere for it. it. that something that will make me sigh or laugh at the complete irony or reflect. heck. noooo. nothing seemed inspiring enough. and to make it all the worse. i have an essay to hand up on monday. for the school's anthenaeum. GREAT!
wait. i think something's struck me. ooh ooh ooh. sheer bliss. but will it be as great as i think it will be? or will it just be some dumb try-hard essay about teenagers? well... we shall soon find out. fingers crossed my essay will be picked! ;)

School was pretty ok today. MASSIVE camwhoring. not like it's unusual. anyhoo, we had the Petaling district drama competition today. and it was pretty good. seriously. wayy better than what i actually expected. SMK Taman Sea's 3 feet under was really really good. and it won. which it totally deserved. ha ha. oh. 3 feet under's bout this dude. who's really selfish. and umm.. he get's this fortune cookie telling him he's gonna die. then he sees this fortune teller who's really funny and she confirms it and what not. anyway to cut a long story short, u know how when a person dies they're normally buried 6 feet under? well, this dude, well, it's kinda like his "old self" died and he became a new person. thus 3 feet under instead of the usual 6 feet. which is SUPER clever. kudos to the fantastic teacher who came up with the script. it was good. had comedy and touching parts all in 20 minutes.
and then there was this drama which had this nerd, Charlie in it. and boy was he GOOD. ha ha.seriously. he was super duper funny. nt in a lame kinda way but in a funny way. emmm... u get what i mean la. lolz. anyhoo. i gtg. b4 u go, i've got sum1 i want u to meet.

i feel stupid. so does pee. no wonder we're so good friends.

i skipped school. THANK GOD. with permission of course. see, competition was on saturday,sunday, today and tomorrow. making it 4 very gruesome tiring days. even if i'm only playing on both of those days. ANYHOO. the SEA games champ in one of the events was around and oh, oh, oh he oozes coolness. as in seriously. you should see the way he plays. ahhh. he has long hair and my mom actually thought he was a girl with a moustache. massive potong. ha ha
anyhoo. today's one of those days where i set goals for myself like trying to finish one chapter of add math or such and fail to achieve coz i'm too preoccupied with my laptop. and my camera. they're both superbly entertaining. heh heh.
i do not actually know why i'm posting this but coz my blog's pretty dead so i thought i'd "revive" it. AH AH AH!!! INTERACT I.U is this sunday! HALLELUJAH!! my absolutely boring life just got interesting. heh heh. i'm super excited. but Pee's not. she's super stressed. so is Brenda. and Leonard. and JoJo and Wei Yan seems like she's stressed too. hmmmm... lolz.
and another totally exciting bangga-fying thing. Amount of people who caci me on my tagboard so far: 2! wheepeee. lolz. seriously. my actually boring life is infact interesting enough for someone to b xpuas with me. sweet bliss. ha ha. which reminds me. there was someone at the competition yesterday whose name was Bliss. ha ha. and the Koreans are super sepet. i mean i thought Yew Tian was sepet. brings sepet to a whole new level. they were quite adorable thou. unlike Yew Tian. wahhahahahahahahaha. and super funny too. but Yew Tian's quite funny also la. one Korean dude wore a shirt that went: Send me your nude pictures. i'll review them for you. which was pretty random. ha ha.

i don't see much. nt from this window of mine anyway. as i stare out of the tinted piece of glass, i notice my reflection. it looks pretty okay. from the outside at least. i look pretty awkward. with my black rimmed glasses and a flower in my hair. oooh. not forgetting the Gap tee.
then it strikes me. so this is what the world sees eh? nothing particulalrly interesting. it's not like i have 3 eyes or a nose as big as an elephants. thou i do tend to flare when i laugh. heh heh. then that song comes on. perfect timing. the one bout how reflections deceive and stuff. great.
so. does my reflection deceive who i really am inside? what i really feel? i mean. it's not unusual to feel this way is it. everyone does it. portray a certain character. one that defies and contradicts every cell inside their body. blatantly doing things, ignoring the screaming and tussling conscience inside.
but then again. should we reveal who we truly are and risk vulnerability? oily hair, dirt under fingernails and all? i often wonder whether it'd be a good idea to one day stand on a stage, imperfections and all, and let the crowd judge and scrutinise me. because as sadistic as it sounds, then i wouldn't have to wear a mask anymore. see, the reason we wear these masks are to avoid stares oozing with scrutiny and judgemental insults.but once that's over and done with, we need not care about the stares and jeers anymore. sure, you and your family are all that really matters. you know how when you've got trouble with your friends when you were little your mum would kinda go, nvm la girl/boy, mummy friend you enough d. and that'd make your day. week even.
then we grow up. worrying about self-reputation, peer pressure and what the world expects of us. honestly speaking, i hate being vulnerable. it makes you feel like some lab experiment for the world to study and come to it's own conclusions. you literally feel the callipers poking at you, looking into your every nook and cranny, searching for more embarassing secrets to reveal.
actually i think i'll go look for my mum right now. let her know how i'm feeling. listen to her say those exact words about how she'll be my friend no matter what. even if it makes me feel better for only a minute. because then, even if the world gets too depressing, for those precious 60 seconds, the world might not seem like such a bad place after all.
