i'm currently seated at my study table. wearing my LBD from Zara. for no apparent reason whatsoever. i think my brain's gone dry from all that studying. eventhough i only did 2 chapters. i'm got shopping, lunch and dinner planned tomorrow. my trials start on monday. i'm screwed. did i mention i'm in love with The Rocket Summer? no? well, i'm in love with the rocket summer. :D i'm feeling random. like i always do. i had nice dreams last night. weird. but nice. the kind where everything turned out the way i wanted them to. yea. that's how it felt. nice.

I had fun in school today. quite a LOT of fun. with Wani, James n KC. we were actually reaping the benefits of being a prefect, on this, the last day of our umm prefect-ness. i mean to say the last day of us being prefects but apparently we're still prefects. with no duties. and thus with no fun benefits. crap. and yesterday was an emo day for all of us. there were tears, laugh, emo speeches, fake smiles and the like. anyhoo most of us form 5's and upper sixth formers were kinda floating around today. coz it's our LAST day so it was a "do we do our duties or not?". we went with not! ;)
and so. WE ATE LOTS AND LOTS OF LAMB CHOP! yes ppl. u heard me. WE ATE LOADS OF LAMB CHOPS!!! woo hooo. until the canteen had none left. prefect recess rules la. coz there's no one else around. so it was basically just us. and EVERYONE had a lamb chop. and i feel kinda embarassed admiting this coz c'mon the abang uses the roti canai pan thingy to cook the lamb, which may i remind u is quite a cause for alarm, BUT the lamb chop was GOOD! seriously. it's only 5 bucks and it's super yummy given it was cooked on a roti canai pan thingy. :D it comes with soggy fries, coleslaw, black pepper/mushroom sauce, tomato and 3 cucumbers. :D noticed i said tomato not tomatoes. all they do is put ONE piece of tomato amongst the 3 pieces of cucumbers. clever. heh. but seriously the Lamb Chop is THAT good. i mean given the standards of their fries(soggy), wantan(hard) and assam laksa(omggm man. it's like brown water with asam!) the lamb chop is good. :) hunn, dun even bother with the chicken chop. it ain't worth your time. go buy lamb chop on monday k? :D

lamb chops aside, we "adjourned" to the Bilik Pengawas. damn it. i'm gonna miss that room.it's funny how on thursdays when we have meetings, you HAVE to b one of the first to get in. coz when the rest start pouring in and when everyone's been there for a good 30 mins, and THEN you come in, boy are you in for a surprise. the smell of feet greet with you with sloppy kisses and massive hugs. hell i'm all for sloppy kisses and massive hugs but i'll skip the one from smelly feet. and trust me, it's worse on rainy days. oh the horror! ha ha. as i was saying, we stayed in the Bilik Pengawas and talked, gossiped, emo-ed and "poured our hearts out". gosh i sound soo gay. but i still had FUN!
anyhoo i have pictures. KM who's now Seafield's Penolong Ketua Pengawas, bought Me, Jo, SL, SY and Debs Tony Roma's for dinner. thanks loads again hunn. and it was awesome as usual! anyhoo here goes:

starbuck's toilet has really yellow lights! ;)hey guys. been totally exhausted the past week. seriously. skipped school on Monday. coz i overslept. seriously. which is totally unbecoming of me. i mean i only skip school when i actually plan to. haven't TER-skip skool this whole semester. so i was quite distraught at first. my inner nerd especially. gosh you should've heard her ranting on and on about how she DOESN'T skip school. ok lame. anyhoooo i was telling Tim how i felt cool coz i overslept. and he went all : oh, then i must be super cool, coz i oversleep all the time. wtf? lolz.
tuesday was boring, as are ALL tuesdays. and Wednesday, OMGGM, wednesday! i went out with G n DW. like AHHHH!!! we went to Pyramid where we watched the 2nd HArry Potter show in Pyramid, ice-skated till our calves hurt and ate salad at Tony Romas. :D omggm. i had SOOO much fun. and babi punani. this harry potter movie has got to be THE BEST EVER!! seriously. the cinematograpy was excellent, the soundtrack exquisite and oh oh, daniel radcliffe was absolutely divine. :D ahhhhh. G didn't think it was that great thou. wateva la. i thought it was the BOMB. bwa ha ha. but i hated the fact that :
- cho and harry kissed for soooo blooody long. punani man.
- they cut quidditch out.
- Ron had soooo few lines.
- the whole running in and out of the Ministry was cut of. wtf la.
honestly, if you have the time, go read the book. it is 100% more satisfying. all 700 pages of it. sheer bliss sial. i umm am ashamed to admit, as a pretty much obssesive harry potter fan, that i haven;t read the 6th book. heh. wat to do? my mum forgot to book it the last time. and the 7th's coming out. i feel left out la. :(
thursday was FUN! i repeat FUN! really. not fibbing at all! we had the campaigns for Head Prefect 07/08 and boy was it cool. Preman was as cool as ever, KM was ummm typically KM and one dude ( the last one) answered a question totally wrong, forfeiting all the prefects votes and honestly, a majority of the student body's vote. sorry dear. tough luck. sucker. bwa ha ha. sorry. heh. anyway, after the campaign, RB, XH, KC, James, Tharma n I went over to SJ for their prefect's installation and boy oh boy, was it draggy! seriously. it was super long. they gave us briyani, kurma, acar n packet drinks for break which was super weird. i still love SEafield la. lolz. after break, we went in for sum mingling thingy majingy and they got a few reps from each skool to go up. and OMGGM, they called RB and he pulled me out. babi punani man. lolz. seriously. super memalu-fying. sthin he still owes me big time for. heh heh. eh, i think i have sum sorta superioty complex. damn it. :P
anyhoo... gtg ppl. we took quite a lotta pics in Starbucks the other day. will post them up real soon. byeeeeee. :D

something heartbreaking happened today. no i won't say what. just that it was quite heartbreaking. curiousity killed the cat this time la. i digress. screw my shuffle man. i want emo songs and it keeps shuffling to those happy i wanna dance kinda songs. great. even my shuffle is screwed up! as i was saying, curiosity killed the cat. and this cat's died 9 times. i so don't make sense. anyway. i think i gave someone that satisfaction today. you know the kind where it makes you feel good in that "padan muka" kinda way? cue for metaphor:
your old high school's basketball coach won't let you on the varsity team eventhough you attend every practice, cheer at every game and god forbid, use deodorant! and you can't help but feel that "grudge" and start imagining the perfect scenario where you change schools and become your new school's MVP and better yet, trash your previous school's team. ha ha. it hardly happens but this time it did. only thing is I'M the basketball coach. yipee. babi man.
and no i don't like the feeling. apparently it gets better. but it's not. i wish we kinda had an emotional dial which we control. like if you're feeling emo, just turn the dial and you'll b happier faster than you can say "where got emo?". yup yup. oh well. i should just go shoot myself. metaphorically i mean. :D and yes, it's most definitely a regret i've grown TOO accustomed to. but even if i've grown accustomed to it, it still hurts and sucks 100%!

7.07.07!!! damn it i wish i had a cool birthday. i, sadly, will never get to enjoy those "once in a lifetime" birthdays that some ppl who just so happpen to pop out on a nice date will. the newspapers will never ask me whether 7 has proven to b my lucky number. i won't feel the need to number every single car i own, my house, my handphone number and decide how many kids i'm gonna have accodring to a "lucky" number! sigh. the life of a person who doesn't have a cool birthday. bwa ha ha. suckers la. umm. sorry. lolz.
Today's Live Earth day!!! whopeee. i'm pretty excited. it seems as if every time we have a cool date, we have something cool to celebrate! last year, was the controversial release of the remake of The Omen and it was the devil's date n stuff. and there apparently was a prophesy that it'd b the end of the world or some shit like that. so last year's was boring but this year. phwoar. this year we have a super cool event to celebrate. and it's something that all of us can b a part of. so according to it's webbie, Live Earth is kinda like Live8. but this time, they're all about global warming. i mean have you guys noticed how it's super stuffy and hot even at 7 in the morning. not good i tell you. 50 years from now we'll prob b melting our butts off. and the glacial part of mount everest'll prob b a puddle of really cold water. leaving mount kinabalu as the highest mountain in the world. which will cause an explosion in tourist revenue. bwa ha ha. kidding. anyhoo, so we've all got to do our part. and no wearing green doesn't warrant it!
and since we're all teenagers, with no car, and not much money other than our allowances which we can always do with more of, and kerana kita masih dikongkong ibu bapa, all we can really do is umm, walk more often. but then again in malaysian weather, it's like suicide to walk home after school! sooo... you know how most of the times we buy choc in skool? and those limpy fries/wantan from the canteen? well. most of our skools are equipped with recycling bins EVERYWHERE!!! so let's do our part for our delapitating environment, and recycle! everyday!! reduce carbon emission ppl!!!! plant trees! walk! cycle! read becky's blog! heh heh.

i've only just begun to understand that liberation is not a right. it's a privellege. one that most of us take advantage of. not the "suppressed, human rights" type. but more the jump around with not a care in the world and no teenage emo angst type. which unfortunately has for the past few months, been almost impossible for me to achieve. damn it. i miss that liberation. which prob explains the pic of the girl jumping. she seems happy. but you can't actually see her face. so perhaps she was crying but at the same time posing for the pic. you know, that act that most of us have perfected? the one where your heart is at the pit of your belly but you face is grinning like some cheshire cat.i had an argument with joel the other day. it was bout emo-ness. in my opinion, we should just suck up all that emo-ness, cry alone at home and smile and not burden other ppl with ur emo-ness. eventhou i contradict myself quite frequently. but joel thinks doing that would mean i'd be living somewhat a lie. that i should show the person i'm emo-ing about that i'm emo. but then again wouldn't that somehow give the person some kinda satisfaction? the ha ha now your'e the emo one kind of satisfaction. and sorry joel, but my ego just won't permit it. i need to deflate my ego now. before it backfires another time. wait. it already did.
